51成人福利网’s campuses and locations are closing today at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 2, due to severe weather. Campus operations will resume as normal at 6 a.m., Thursday, April 3. Buildings on 51成人福利网’s campuses and locations will be controlled access, which means you require a OneCard to access buildings. The library on the Waterloo campus is closed.

Closing the university means that:

  • In-person meetings and other in-person scheduled events on campus are cancelled. Organizers of online meetings and events will determine and communicate if non-academic online meetings and events scheduled at 1:30 p.m. or later today, Wednesday, April 2, will continue in the usual manner. 
  • Instructors can choose to move their class to virtual. All virtual assessments and assignment submissions continue as scheduled.
  • Staff performing essential services are expected to be on site. 
  • All in-person university services will resume at 6 a.m., Thursday, April 3. Access to all remote and online university services will continue in the usual manner.
